What is Mentaiko?
Mentaiko is a traditional Japanese dish of pollock roe marinated in chili peppers. It is sometimes chosen as the number one side dish eaten with rice by Japanese people.
Kanefuku is the number one company in Japan in terms of sales and handling volume of Mentaiko. Please enjoy the Mentaiko dish at "Fukutake" which is directly operated by Kanefuku group.
