We are Japanese traditional restaurants
with variety of Kyushu cuisines
such as popular Mentaiko giblet stew,
local fish foods and Mentaiko.
What is Mentaiko?
Mentaiko is a traditional Japanese dish of pollock roe marinated in chili peppers. It is sometimes chosen as the number one side dish eaten with rice by Japanese people.
Kanefuku is the number one company in Japan in terms of sales and handling volume of Mentaiko. Please enjoy the Mentaiko dish at "Fukutake" which is directly operated by Kanefuku group.
Concept
Not only the hugely popular Mentaiko giblet stew but also the Kyushu cuisine, such as the local fish and Mentaiko, should not be missed.We also have a lot of selected varieties of shochu.
